The Clean Communities Act requires municipalities and counties receiving Clean Communities grant funds to file statistical reports by June 30 of each year. The Clean Communities Council is authorized by the state to collect reports and maintain a record of data submitted. The Clean Communities Council is also authorized by the state to address questions from constituents about the proper use of grant funds.
