 Registration

Kids-Teens Awards will be presented on May 23, 2012, at the Wildwoods conference Center in Wildwood, Cape May County.  Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. and will continue throughout the day. The program begins at 9:00 a.m. and will conclude by 2:00 p.m.  To participate, you must register using the form below by April 30, 2012. 

You must also pre-register by April 1, 2012.  To pre-register, please use the form below or simply call 609-989-5900. We will accommodate as many people as possible.
